Allen® Uniced Round Cake 14.5 oz.  20 oz.  27 oz.  36 oz.  46 oz. 
Base Iced with Rich's® Bettercreme® 6.5 oz.  7 oz.  8 oz.  9 oz.  10 oz. 
Rich's® Bettercreme® 21 oz.  24.5 oz.  31 oz.  31.5 oz.  35 oz. 
Rich's® Colored Bettercreme® 0.75 oz.  0.88 oz.  2 oz.  1.13 oz.  1.25 oz. 
Finished Weight 42.75 oz. 52.38 oz. 68 oz. 77.63 oz. 92.25 oz.
Instructions:
1) Place 8" round layer on gold board and ice top.
2) Place second 8" round layer on top of first.
3) Use sharp knife to cut top edges of cake at a bevel, for the rounded look of the ball.
4) Base ice cake, add extra icing to top of cake for rounding.
5) Smooth and shape cake to look like a ball. Let icing dry.
6) Use top of rose nail and press into icing to make the dimples of the golf ball.
7) Use tip #233 to pipe bottom grass border.
8) Use tip #4 to pipe message.
