Instructions:
1) Ice cupcakes with variegated green and white icing.
2) To variegate icing, place 1st color down one side of pastry bag, then place the other color down the other side. (*see variegated section)
3) Apply shamrock sprinkles as soon as cupcakes are iced.
4) Top cupcakes with St. Patrick's Day picks.
