Cool Beach Summer Cake
Ingredients: 1/8 1/4 1/2 Full
Uniced Sheet Cake 13.5 oz.  27 oz.  40.5 oz.  54 oz. 
Base Iced with Allen® Buttrcreme 7 oz.  14 oz.  21 oz.  28 oz. 
Allen® Chocolate Buttrcreme 1 oz.  2 oz.  3 oz.  4 oz. 
Allen® Colored Buttrcreme (Green, Yellow, Blue) 3 oz.  6 oz.  9 oz.  12 oz. 
Finished Weight 24.5 oz. 49 oz. 73.5 oz. 98 oz.
Instructions:
1) Have everything needed to complete assembly on decorating table.
2) Base ice cake using EZ Icer and White Buttrcreme.
3) Smooth top and sides of cake with spatula; work the icing on bottom half to shape the ocean and sand to define water from land.
4) Using airbrush and colors shown, spray the sun setting, sky, water, and sand on lower half and sides of cake.
5) Use #7 Tip with Chocolate Buttrcreme to pipe 2 palm tree trunks, as shown.
6) Use #104 Tip with Green Buttrcreme to pipe the leaves of the palm trees, as shown.
7) Use #233 Tip with Green Buttrcreme to pipe the grass at the base of the palm trees, as shown.
8) Using #3 Tips - one with Blue and one with Yellow Buttrcreme - pipe the sailboat extending from water to the sunset.
9) Using a small angled spatula, add White Buttrcreme to the waves of the ocean, as shown.
10) Using #104 Tip with Yellow Buttrcreme, pipe the border, as shown.
11) Finish by adding the 8 assorted beach theme set-on's, as shown.
12) Note: Beach cake was designed to be produced production style and can be frozen.
