Valentine's Day Pink Heart Cupcake Pull-A-Part

Uniced Cupcakes 1.25 oz.  3.75 oz.  7.5 oz.  15 oz.  30 oz. 
Rich's® Bettercreme® Icings in Colors® 0.6 oz.  1.9 oz.  3.75 oz.  7.5 oz.  15 oz. 
Rich's® Bettercreme® 0.2 oz.  0.5 oz.  1 oz.  2 oz.  4 oz. 
Chocolate Candy Kisses 0.09 oz.  0.18 oz.  0.35 oz.  0.7 oz.  1.4 oz. 
Red Heart Confetti 0.06 oz.  0.19 oz.  0.375 oz.  0.75 oz.  1.5 oz. 
Finished Weight 2.2 oz. 6.52 oz. 12.975 oz. 25.95 oz. 51.9 oz.
Instructions:
1) Have all items needed to complete assembly on decorating table.
2) Layout cupcakes in design shown. Pipe a small amount of Bettercreme® to the bottom of each cupcake to hold it in place.
3) Using #104 Tip with Pink and White Bettercreme®, stripe bag and pipe the ruffle around the outside edge of the cupcakes.
4) Using #8CS Tip with Pink Bettercreme®, ice all cupcakes, as shown.
5) Sprinkle top with heart confetti and add the white and pink curling ribbon.
6) Place the candy kisses on top of cupcakes to finish.
