Valentine Hearts and Roses Cupcakes

Uniced White Cupcake 1.25 oz.  3.75 oz.  7.5 oz.  15 oz.  30 oz. 
Allen® Pink, Red, Green Buttrcreme 1.25 oz.  3.75 oz.  7.5 oz.  15 oz.  30 oz. 
Allen® Country White Buttrcreme 0.2 oz.  0.5 oz.  1 oz.  2 oz.  4 oz. 
Valentine Confetti 0.1 oz.  0.4 oz.  0.75 oz.  1.5 oz.  3 oz. 
Finished Weight 2.8 oz. 8.4 oz. 16.75 oz. 33.5 oz. 67 oz.
Instructions:
1) Have all items needed to complete assembly on decorating table.
2) Using #12 Tip with Pink Buttrcreme, base ice cupcakes.
3) Using #3 tip with White Buttrcreme, pipe the wedding lace on half of the cupcakes and sprinkle with valentine confetti.
4) Using #7 Tip with Red Buttrcreme, pipe heart on top of the wedding lace.
5) Using #104 Tip with Red Buttrcreme, pipe a rose on remaining half of cupcakes.
6) Using #67 Tip with Green Buttrcreme, pipe leaves on roses to finish cupcakes.
