Instructions:
1) Have all items needed to complete assembly on decorating table.
2) Fill layers and base ice cake then smooth sides.
3) Using #1 Tip with lemon filling, pipe flower on top of cake.
4) Using #22 Star Tip, pipe rosette in center.
5) Finish cake by adding cake crumbs as a bottom border.
