Hamburger Cake

Allen® Uniced Round Cake 14.5 oz.  20 oz.  27 oz.  36 oz.  46 oz. 
Base Iced with Rich's® Bettercreme® 6.5 oz.  7 oz.  8 oz.  9 oz.  10 oz. 
Rich's® Colored Bettercreme® 0.75 oz.  0.9 oz.  1 oz.  1.2 oz.  1.3 oz. 
Sesame Seeds 0.015 oz.  0.02 oz.  0.02 oz.  0.025 oz.  0.03 oz. 
Finished Weight 21.765 oz. 27.92 oz. 36.02 oz. 46.225 oz. 57.33 oz.
Instructions:
1) Fill double layer cake with icing between layers.
2) Bevel top of cake with knife cut top of cake to resemble bun.
3) Base ice cake with vanilla icing.
4) Use tip #10 to pipe cooked hamburger patty.
5) Spray cake to resemble hamburger bun and meat.
6) Sprinkle top with sesame seeds before spray color drys so it will stick.
7) Use tip #3 to pipe ketchup and mustard.
8) Use tip #67 to pipe lettuce leaves.
