Cowboy hat smash cake for my great-nephew’s first birthday. I’m new to carving, only basic shapes like easy purses before, and the hat came out so great. I also did a solid chocolate cowboy boot and bandanna prints with my edible printer and frosting sheets. I’ve only been into cake decorating for about a year, and this was my favorite so far.
