Her favorite type of cake to decorate is a wedding cake, and her favorite ingredient is Rich’s® Bettercreme®. “I do a lot of cakes featuring our football team, the Baltimore Ravens,” says Diana. “So I do go through a lot of purple Bettercreme.® I wish it came in the 9 lb. pail!” Diana was nominated by Barb Fleishell from Solutions Sales & Marketing, who says Diana never stops working. “She takes great pride in her creations and enjoys producing a quality product,” says Barb. “After so many years as a professional cake decorator, Diana is due to be recognized! I was happy to nominate her.” The new ideas – and the lapel pins! – she receives from her Cake Pros® membership are Diana’s favorites. What’s one of her decorating secrets? “I like to make multicolor borders to help increase sales.
