When I picked up my cake this morning the decorator at the store had written a personal note under the cake board (on the box) that said “Enjoy your special day! Thank you, Michelle”. I thought this was a really great personal touch! Does anyone else do something similar? I’ve never seen this before!

For my sister’s 20th birthday I got her an 8″ round cake that had pink and brown stripes down the side and then alternating pink and brown dots for the top and bottom border. It was really cute – she loved it!
